Most recently she launched a debt fund’s first sustainable finance product, deploying over £215m in its first 18 months. During her career she has supported the delivery of over £1bn in real estate development. |

He is able to identify commercial value and then combine it with high quality design to create exceptional buildings, places and spaces. With extensive experience in sustainability and conservation he ensures these essential aspects are considered throughout design development. |

Adrian Goodall - Director MERCHANT ROKEBY J.V.

He has had a wide ranging career from carrying out office developments in the City of London to Channel Tunnel rail freight terminals. More recently he has specialised in mixed use developments in the regions, with a particular focus on regeneration and local authority partnership projects. Recent work experience includes offices, retail, leisure and student housing-led developments. |
